Retail: Exchanges & Returns
New items We accept returns and exchanges up to 7 days after purchase on new IN-STOCK merchandise only if it is unaltered and retains its original tags and packaging.
Special orders Special-order purchases must be paid in full in advance and are non-returnable.
Used items All used merchandise is sold “as-is,” and all sales of used items are final.
PLEASE NOTE: We require all weddings to complete this contract when they book their formalwear. Some pertinent details are noted below, but all couples are emphatically encouraged to scrutinize the contract in full.
Rentals: Weddings
- Try on your rental one day before the wedding. As a courtesy, we often prepare your rental for pick up two days beforehand, but we do not guarantee that service. You cannot come earlier than 1-2 days before the wedding. Plan on a 60-90-minute visit. We’ll tailor your rental while you wait.
- Payment is due at pick-up. No personal checks.
- Your return date is marked on your rental ticket. We strictly enforce a $20/day late fee, & we charge for missing & damaged items.
Rentals: Proms
- Try on your rental one day before the prom. You cannot come earlier. Plan on a 60-90-minute visit. Larger schools take longer. We’ll tailor your rental while you wait.
- Payment is due at pick-up. No personal checks.
- Your return date is marked on your rental ticket. We strictly enforce a $20/day late fee, & we charge for missing & damaged items.
Rentals: Late/Damaged Items
Your rental agreement stipulates you are responsible for returning the rental A) on time, and B) in the same condition you received it. If you refuse to honor the terms of the rental agreement, the bride and groom are contractually obligated to pay your fees.
All Rentals: Items Left in Rentals
Please check the garment bag and pockets of your rental thoroughly before we returning. We are not responsible for any items you left in your rental garment or bag.
